In the past few years there has been widespread and serious rioting, looting, burning, civil disobedience, and racism on America’s streets. State and Local Law Enforcement has been disrespected, disregarded, defamed, attacked and defunded. New York City, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Atlanta, Chicago, Milwaukee, Minneapolis, St. Louis, Los Angeles, San Francisco, Oakland, Seattle and Portland have been taken over by anti-law enforcement, “sanctuary city” zealots. The rates of violence and murder in these cities (and too many others) has increased significantly; the “rule-of-law” is not being enforced; criminals are not being prosecuted; bad criminals are being released; and there is no accountability to the public. Local police officers are being killed or injured, forced out, or are retiring out of disgust at record levels.

A Conspiracy Theorist might conclude that the Biden “Oligarchy of Elites” is planning to take over local law enforcement duties in at least these key locations. The fact that most Police Agencies are unionized might make that easier to accomplish.
