As discussed in What Is Our Rule Of Law, we gain equality of all citizens before the law, secure a nonarbitrary form of government, and prevent the arbitrary use of power by following a Rule of Law. As American Citizens we must continually be aware of changes or lapses in Our Rule of Law.
Since our world changes all the time, it is up to us to preserve and protect our Rights. This requires understanding the actions and initiatives of Federal, State and Local Elected Officials, Government Regulations and the Courts. If we have concerns or want change, we must take action (e.g. voting, commenting, funding).
If we let our Rule of Law become abridged it will be extremely difficult, if not impossible, to restore.
