Obama’s Department of Homeland Security (DHS) started training field agents recruited as 18 to 25-year old “cadets” from inner cities, purchased billions of rounds of hollow-point ammunition and thousands of ‘Mine Resistant Protected’ (MRAP) vehicles for service on the streets of the United States.
